A platform that fits the work

Run the mission.
See the whole operation.

Turn on the modules your agency needs today. Add more as programs grow—without rebuilding your records, permissions, or reporting from scratch.

01

Programs & people

Organize clients, caseloads, check-ins, referrals, services, notes, tasks, schedules, training, and credentials around one shared record.

  • Caseload and service coordination
  • Kiosk and program check-ins
  • Outcome and funder reporting
02

Housing operations

Track properties, units, tenants, leases, rent, maintenance, vendors, and housing accounting.

03

Donor relationships

Record gifts and pledges, manage funds, generate acknowledgments, and report without another spreadsheet.

04

Managed communications

Bring agency phone numbers, extensions, devices, calls, recordings, billing, and support into the same workspace.

05

Cross-agency coordination

Connect trusted agencies through private networks for capacity updates, shared opportunities, and direct communication.

Designed for complex community work

Your programs are connected.
Your software should be too.

Peer Center HQ is made for organizations that serve people across programs, locations, funding streams, and partner agencies—and need one reliable view of the work.

Control without confusion

The right information.
For the right people.

Organizations keep their own records separated while staff receive access based on their agency, role, program, and responsibilities. Sensitive actions are logged so administrators can see what happened and when.

01

Role-based permissions

Give staff access to the work they need without exposing every part of the organization.

02

Organization isolation

Each agency sees its own people, programs, communications, billing, and operational records.

03

Accountable activity

Access and sensitive actions can be logged to support oversight and internal review.

Built in the field, not a boardroom

“Nonprofits should not have to choose between serving people and proving the work happened.”

Peer Center HQ grew from the day-to-day reality of operating a community nonprofit: too many spreadsheets, too many disconnected accounts, and too much staff time spent rebuilding the same information for different funders and systems.

It is developed with H.O.P.E. Drop-In, a peer-run community organization in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Straight answers

Questions agencies ask first.

Do we have to use every module?

No. Your agency can enable the parts it needs and add other modules as programs and operations grow.

Can staff work across more than one agency or location?

Yes. Access can follow the organizations, locations, programs, and roles assigned to each staff member.

Can Peer Center replace our existing tools?

That depends on your workflows. We start by mapping what your team uses now, what should be connected, and what should stay in place.

How does implementation begin?

We review your programs, roles, reporting needs, and existing data, then build a practical rollout around the modules your team will use first.
