This notice applies to the public Peer Center HQ website. It does not describe privacy practices inside a customer’s authenticated Peer Center HQ workspace, which are governed by the organization’s agreements and policies.

Information you provide

The public website does not currently include an online submission form. If you choose “Request a demo” or contact us by email, we receive the information you include in that message so we can respond.

Basic technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to operate and protect the website.

Protected or sensitive information

Do not send protected health information, client records, or other sensitive case information through a demo-request email. We will establish an appropriate secure channel if sensitive information is needed during implementation.
